Note: Travels fees start at $20 and increase with distance

How do I book?

  • All booking MUST be completed through our booking portal. To create an account, simply enter your phone number and email address. You will receive a one time login code via text message. This way there are no annoying passwords to remember. all media will be delivered to the email address you’ve provided.

If you’re having trouble logging in please contact us for assistance. 

How do I receive my photos?

  • You will receive a link via email download and preview all of your media.

  • Alternatively, once you are logged into your account on our portal, you can click on "Listings" to explore your options.

How do I pay?

  • You will receive an email with the invoice. All invoices must be paid in full within 30 days of issuance.

What does the property marketing kit include?

  • Single Property Website: A dedicated site just for your property, branded with your company’s logo

  • Easy Social Media Sharing: Share the property effortlessly across social media platforms and get metric reports on how many times the property website has been viewed.

  • Client Listings Page: A page to showcase all your client listings.

  • Customizable Design: Adjust the website’s design styles and colors to match your brand.

  • 3D Tours and Video: Interactive 3D tours and videos integrated into the website.

  • Customizable Flyers: Create and tailor flyers to promote the property.

  • Co-List Support: List the property website with multiple agents. Allowing them to view metrics, be visible as a listing/contact agent, & receive leads from their email when people fill out the built-in contact form.

  • Lead Capture Hotline: A built in contact form where potential buyers can fill out for inquiries on a property or book showings. 

How can I edit my property website?

You can login to your portal and edit any property website. The Property Website Editor will allow you to add information about the listing (bedrooms, bathrooms, description, price, Etc.) you can also rearrange and hide images and add Lead Capture on the website!

What happens if the package I select does not cover the property?

  • We have set recommendations for the number of photos needed for different property sizes. You can Typically expect to Receive a minimum of 25 - 35 photos. We also offer a 10 Additional Photos add-on for $50 

Will you capture the angles I want?

  • We do our best to capture each property to showcase its best potential. We understand that everyone’s tastes are different. So if you prefer a particular shot or angle, please be sure to note it when booking online.
