Real Estate Imagery: Terms of Service

Thank you for considering Real Estate Imagery! These Terms of Service govern your use of our real estate photography and media services. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms. Please read them carefully.

Services Provided:

Real Estate Imagery offers professional real estate photography and media services. We specialize in high-quality images and videos of properties for marketing purposes.

Booking and Payment:

To book a photography session, clients must book using the link under ?Booking? on our website.

Payment is required after the services have been provided. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, electronic transfers, and checks.

Prices for our services are outlined in our pricing page and may vary depending on the scope of the project. When clients book a photography session with Real Estate Imagery, they agree to the price as outlined in our pricing list or as communicated during the booking process. By confirming the appointment, clients acknowledge and accept the specified pricing for the selected services. Payment in full is required to receive the goods from the services provided. Clients understand that the agreed-upon price is non-negotiable unless otherwise stated in writing by Real Estate Imagery. Late payments will incur a **5% late fee** after 5 calendar days, plus an additional **25% interest per month** until paid. Access to final deliverables may be restricted until the invoice is paid in full. In the event of non-payment, the Provider reserves the right to pursue legal recovery. Any legal costs incurred will be added to the outstanding balance. Due to the digital and creative nature of our work, **all sales are final** once work is delivered And/or services are provided. Revisions may be offered at the Provider's discretion and must be based on specific feedback. If the Client refuses to collaborate on a resolution or provide specific revision instructions, the Provider is not obligated to provide alternative versions or a refund. All media remains the intellectual property of Real Estate Imagery until full payment is received.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking by providing at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Client Responsibilities:

It is the Client's responsibility to clearly communicate any preferences or expectations (e.g., staging style, editing requests) before production begins. Failure to provide specific direction will result in the use of the Provider’s professional discretion. Once a service has been fulfilled, refusal to pay due to subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., stylistic preference) is not valid grounds for a refund.

Property Access:

Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled appointment time.

Clients must ensure that the property is ready for photography, including cleaning and staging as necessary.

Copyright and Usage Rights:

Real Estate Imagery retains copyright ownership of all photographs and videos produced during the photography session.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the images and videos for marketing and promotional purposes related to the sale or rental of the property.

Clients may not transfer or sublicense the rights to the images and videos to third parties without prior written consent from Real Estate Imagery. Unauthorized use, resale, or redistribution of media without payment or proper licensing is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Image Editing and Delivery:

Real Estate Imagery will edit and enhance the images and videos to ensure optimal quality and presentation.

Clients will receive the edited images and videos within a specified timeframe, as agreed upon at the time of booking.

Client Satisfaction:

Real Estate Imagery strives to provide the highest level of service and satisfaction to our clients.

If clients are not satisfied with the results, they may contact us within a reasonable timeframe to discuss their concerns and request revisions if necessary.

Liability and Indemnification:

Real Estate Imagery is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of the photographs and videos.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Real Estate Imagery harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the client's use of the images and videos. Real Estate Imagery is not liable for any lost sales, reputational harm, or indirect damages caused by delays, dissatisfaction, or use of the deliverables.

Refund Policy:

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of real estate media services, Real Estate Imagery does not offer refunds once a service has been delivered. By booking with us, clients acknowledge and agree that payments made for completed services are non-refundable. If there are concerns with the final product, clients are encouraged to contact us within a reasonable timeframe to request revisions, which will be addressed at our discretion.

Changes to Terms:

Real Estate Imagery reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law:

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Real Estate Imagery operates.
