Refund Policy for SkyVision Aerials

We at SkyVision Aerials work hard to give our clients the highest quality photography services possible. We are aware that there can be instances where a refund or cancellation is necessary due to unforeseen events. The principles and steps for requesting refunds and cancellations are laid forth in this refund policy. You recognise and accept the terms and conditions of this policy by using our services.

Cancellation Policy:

1.1. We respectfully ask that you give us at least one day's notice before the booked date if you need to cancel or reschedule a photography session. As a result, we can extend the opportunity to additional clients and modify our timetables accordingly.

1.2. In the event of a cancellation with sufficient notice, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session at a mutually agreed-upon time and date.

1.3. You risk being charged a cancellation fee equal to 5% of the session fee if you fail to provide the required notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

Refund Policy:

2.1 We want your experience with our photographic services to be exceptional. We provide the following refund choices if you're unhappy with the finished the product:

a) Retake/Reshoot: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the photographs or if they do not meet the agreed-upon specifications, we are happy to schedule a retake or re-shoot at no additional cost.

b) Partial Refund: If a retake or reshoot is not possible or desired, we may provide a partial refund that is decided on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the particular circumstances and the degree to which your expectations weren't met.

c) Full Refund: In rare instances where we are unable to provide the agreed-upon services or deliver the final product, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid.

Refund Request Process:

3.1. Within seven days of receiving the final product or service, please get in touch with us in writing via email or through one of our official contact methods.

Please provide the information below in your refund request:

a) Name and phone number.

b) A description of the issue or justification for the refund request.

c) Any necessary supporting evidence, such as images or other appropriate documentation.

3.3. If your refund request is approved, we will swiftly review it and respond within two business days in order to start the refund process.

Exclusions:

4.1. In the following situations, refunds will not be issued:

a) A change in mind or desire after the service has been rendered.

b) Not following our cancellation policy without giving us sufficient notice.

c) Not cooperating or offering the required details throughout the photography session.

d) Using the images or services in a way that goes outside the terms and conditions agreed upon.

Refund Policy Modification or Termination:

5.1. We retain the right to change or terminate this refund policy at any time. Any amendments or modifications to the policy will take effect as soon as they are posted on our website or communicated to our clients.
