Your use of our services, including but not limited to photographic sessions, picture editing, and associated products or offerings (collectively referred to as the "Services"), is governed by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). You consent to being bound by these Terms by using our Services. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our website or engaging our services.
Agreement to Terms
You acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and agree to be bound by these Terms by using our Services. Please don't use our Services if you do not agree to these Terms.
Services Offered
Our photography company offers expert photography services, such as commercial photography, event photography, and image editing, among more.
Customer Obligations
When reserving our services, you, as a client, agree to give accurate and thorough information, including event dates, locations, and any particular requirements. It is your obligation to make sure you have the required authorizations and rights for any subjects, locations, or intellectual property used in the photography session.
Pricing and Payment
Prior to making an appointment, we will inform you of our pricing, which is established based on the particular services you have requested. All fees, including deposits, must be paid in full by the due date specified in the contract. Any changes won't have an impact on reservations that have already been paid for, but we reserve the right to change our rates and payment arrangements at any moment.
Use of Images and Privacy
We could ask for your consent to use a few of the photos from your photographic session on our website, in social media posts, and in other marketing materials. Your photos will only be used in ways that are compliant with all applicable privacy laws and regulations. When making a reservation, if you do not want your pictures used for advertising, please let us know in writing.
Delivery and retention of images
We will try our best to provide the finished photographs to you by the set deadline. However, unavoidable incidents like equipment malfunctions or cases of unforeseen circumstances could postpone the process. After delivery, we reserve the right to keep your photographs in our possession and archive them for a reasonable amount of time. You must make backups because we cannot guarantee the long-term storage or accessibility of your photographs.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
If you have to postpone or cancel a photography session, please let us know as soon as you can. Certain charges can be incurred depending on the specifics and date of the cancellation or reschedule. We shall try our best to offer alternate arrangements or a refund if we are unable to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances.

Restrictions on Liability
Despite our best efforts to offer professional photography services, we cannot be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost data, lost business, or any other monetary or non-financial losses.
